Insights Institute Training on The Ultimate Discovery System

Dr. Robert Rohm and the staff of Personality Insights created The Ultimate Discovery System. They offer training in understanding and applying the system through the Insights Institute and through an international collection of DISC Training Providers and Human Behavior Consultants.

If you would like to join the ranks of people who work in association with Personality Insights to help people in organizations of all kinds work together more effectively and with less stress, then our certification programs may be for you.

At the Insights Institute, we offer two levels of DISC certifications based on The Ultimate Discovery System approach to teaching and applying the DISC model of human behavior.

To gain the insights and perspectives necessary to teach the DISC model to others, start the certification process by becoming a:

DISC Behavioral Studies Training Provider

To receive this accreditation, satisfactorily complete both:

• DISC Behavioral Studies two-day training course, and
• DISC Behavioral Studies Train-the-trainer two-day training course.

With this accreditation, you may:

• Administer DISC Personality Style assessments
• Help other people to understand the results of their DISC Personality Style assessment
• Faciliate/teach/lead DISC Behavioral studies sessions in your company or with your clients
• Purchase Personality Insights training resources used in DISC Behavioral Studies Training at a discount.

We generally offer both DISC Behavioral Studies Training and DISC Behavioral Studies Train-the-trainer in the same week. You may complete this accreditation in one four day period by attending both classes the same week (Mon-Thurs).

This accreditation authorizes you to train on the fundamentals of the DISC model and to offer Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) under the Personality Insights accreditation with IACET. You may also purchase Personality Insights training resources used for Behavioral Studies Training at a discount and resell them to your clients.

When you are ready to take your understanding, knowledge, and skills to an even higher level, continue your training and certification by becoming a:

Human Behavior Consultant

To receive this certification, satisfactorily complete:

• DISC Behavioral Studies Training Provider accreditation (above),
• Advanced DISC Behavioral Studies two-day training course, and
• Advanced DISC Behavioral Studies Train-the-trainer two-day training course.

With this certification, you may:

• Administer DISC Personality Style assessments
• Help other people to understand the results of their DISC Personality Style assessment
• Faciliate/teach/lead DISC sessions in your company or with your clients
• Purchase the full range of Personality Insights training and consulting resources at a discount. This list includes resources used in DISC Behavioral Studies training, plus:
  • Leadership @ Work – DISC applied to leadership
  • Conflict Resolution – Using DISC to resolve conflicts
  • Time Tips – DISC applied to time management
  • Family resources – DISC applied to family situations
  • Ministry resources – DISC applied to ministry.

We generally offer both Advanced DISC Behavioral Studies Training and Advanced DISC Behavioral Studies Train-the-trainer in the same week. After accreditation as a DISC Behavioral Studies Training Provider, you may complete this certification in one additional four day period by attending both advanced classes the same week (Mon-Thurs).

Successful completion of these additional courses increases the depth and breadth of your knowledge and enhances your ability to assist others as they work to apply the DISC model. As a Human Behavior Consultant, you gain access to the full range of Personality Insights training and consulting resources so that you can purchase, use, and resell them in a wide range of consulting, training, coaching, and speaking situations.

You do not have to pursue a certification to attend our training. If you just want to discover, experience, and apply the DISC model for yourself and with your close friends, colleagues, and associates; come to DISC Behavioral Studies Training and then to Advanced DISC Behavioral Studies Training.
